I haven't been receiving my email notifications — help!

If you haven't been receiving your email notifications for new posts, comments, likes, etc., don't worry. We're here to help...

  • First, check your Account Settings page to endure your email notifications are all turned on. Take a look, here.
  • If they're turned on, check your spam folder for your missing emails. There's a chance that your Honey emails have ended up here. If you find your emails in your spam folder, be sure to add all emails from to your safe sender list so that they land in your inbox. 
  • If you don't find them in your spam folder, send our Customer Success team a note at They'll be more than happy to take a look at your account and our email logs to see what's going wrong. Be sure to include your email address and any additional details about the emails that are missing, this will help them assist you as quickly as possible.
