Are you still receiving email notifications, after you adjusted your settings? There are a few things that could be happening:
1. Check your notification settings to make certain they're set to your preference. Check your settings here.
2. You might have a second account on Honey that was registered under an email alias. If you think this might be the case, try searching for any email aliases you use. If an account exists, the user profile will return in your search results.
3. Another account might be registered with an email address that forwards to your inbox. This could be a mailing list, an old email address under a different name, a former employee whose email now forwards to yours, etc. If you think this might be the case, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org — we can hunt down the account in our mail logs.
Also, please note that every Friday, we send out an email notification with your organization's most important news, regardless of your email preferences. This is to ensure that you don't miss out on crucial news from your organization.
