How do I change my password?

If you can sign in to your account, follow these steps to change your password:

  • Click the dropdown arrow at the top of your left hand navigation menu.
  • Select Account Settings from the drop down menu. 
  • Then, click Security in the page header. 
  • At the top of the Security page, use the Change Password section to update your password. 

If you cannot sign in to your account, follow these steps to change your password:

  • Visit www.honey.is/signin in your browser.
  • Then, click the Forgot Your Password? link below the blue Sign In button.
  • Follow the steps to send yourself a password reset email.
