Many of the features described below are only available to Honey admins. If you have questions about who can or cannot see these settings, please don't hesitate to send us a note. We'd be happy to help!

If you're looking to incorporate more company branding across your organization, we've got you covered with custom hex color codes for your Organization Feed cover images.

Hex color codes start with a pound sign or hashtag (#) and are followed by six letters and/or numbers (e.g. #FF4D00) to set a specific color.

To add a custom hex color code to your Org page.

  1. Click the gear icon at the top, right-hand side of the navigation menu.

  2. Select Admin from the menu. By default, you'll land on the General page.

  3. Locate the Background Color field, under the org name and description.

  4. Input your custom hex color code in the text box to add your custom color.

  5. Click the Submit Settings button at the bottom of the page to save your changes and see your new organization cover image color in action.

To edit a custom hex color code on your Org page.

  1. Click the gear icon at the top, right-hand side of the navigation menu and follow the same instructions above to access your Admin Page.

  2. Locate the Background Color field, under the org name and description.

  3. Remove the current custom hex color code in the text box and add your new custom color.

  4. Click the Submit Settings button at the bottom of the page to save your changes and see your new organization cover image color in action.

Please note that if an org avatar is uploaded before a custom hex color code is added, the cover image will automatically select the color directly from the main avatar color.

Alternatively, if the org avatar is removed, a default icon matching the background color will be automatically added.
