Pinned Posts are the easiest way to pin important Posts to the top of a Group Feed. When a Post is pinned, all users will see the Post pinned to the top of the Group until the pin is removed. Plus, there is no limit on the number of pins within a Group.

Creating a pinned Post is a feature that's only available to organization admins and Group moderators. If you have questions about who can or cannot see these settings, please don't hesitate to send us a note. We'd be happy to help!

To pin a Post to the top of a Group.

  1. Visit the Group to which you'd like to pin a Post.

  2. Find the specific Post you'd like to pin in the Feed.

  3. Hover over the Post and click the three-dot button located on the right-hand side of the Post. This will reveal a dropdown menu.

  4. Select Pin Post from the dropdown.

  5. The Post will move to the top of the Group page and a red thumbtack will show under the title.

  6. This Post will show at the top of its Group and will stay there until you unpin the Post.

To unpin a Post from the top of a Group.

  1. Visit the Group in which you'd like to unpin a Post to the top of the page.

  2. Find the Post you'd like to unpin in the Feed.

  3. Hover over the Post and click the three dots located on the right-hand side of the Post. This will reveal a dropdown menu.

  4. Select Unpin Post from the drop-down.

  5. This will remove the pin and the Post will return to its page in the Feed.
