We've structured our billing plans in a way that makes it simple to understand your license, add seats, and manage your invoices.
There are two main ways we allow our teams to pay for Employee Community— via credit card or via check/ACH. Depending on how you pay, your billing details might be a bit different. We'll walk through both.
If you pay via credit card.
If you pay for Employee Community via credit card, the majority of your billing activity happens within the product. Here's how...
Assigning billing ownership.
When you pay via credit card, a single Employee Community admin is assigned the role of billing owner. The billing owner is the only user who can access the billing page to manage all billing details. Your billing owner is likely your main Employee Community admin or a member of your finance team. If you're unsure who holds the billing owner role on your team, send us a note at support@honey.is.
Accessing the billing page.
If you are the billing owner for your team, you can access the billing page by visiting www.honey.is/billing.
Updating your payment method.
To update the credit card used for your Employee Community payments, visit your billing page, enter your new payment information, and click Update Billing.
Reviewing your license size and terms.
To review your license size, you can find this information on your billing page. If you'd like to review your contract and terms, please reach out to the contact on our sales team who helped execute your contract and initial payment. To add additional seats or remove unused seats from your license, visit your billing page and increase the number of available seats. We will automatically charge the credit card you have on file.
